The ISS DOME is barrier-free. Wheelchair users and other persons with a mobility disability will find the venue to be well-planned with a whole host of user-friendly features. Please find details for visiting events at the ISS DOME in the following:

Parking
The IDR multi-storey car park right next to the ISS DOME has parking spaces for wheelchair users located on the ground floor.   

At the ISS DOME
There are sufficient numbers of toilets for persons with impairments on the concourse on the 1st floor.

For wheelchair users viewer platforms are installed on the 1st floor (Blocks 004, 009, 017 and 022). People accompanying wheelchair users are always seated right behind the wheelchair users. Please note that the lift from the main entrance only goes up to the 1st floor. There is a pedestal for people with impairments installed if the floor does not have any seating.

As a rule, admission tickets for these areas can be obtained from the relevant event organiser.
